Been buying from these guys for many years and their products are not only top notch but more importantly they're really on top of their customer support. I've had bad expereicens with other security cam businesses mostly cuz their support was off, and it's such a crucial part of the purchase. Premium Invention's team always is fast in replies and extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

I have nothing but a good experience with this cam. It came quickly. The packaging was well thought out and secure. I've bought a few different brands of outdoor security cams and this was by FAR the easiest to get up and running. I'm in Alaska and the solar panel seems to keep my battery charged at 100%. Been raining for a couple days and so far so good. Been a great experience so far, no complaints at all and probably will buy again.

Detects much much further than my current solar camera, it's nice, everytime i walk in my property, it hasn't failed to detect me at all. Feels like i can trust this one

Purchased five of these for our warehouse to keep an eye on the perimeter and it’s been easy to get set up plus the image quality is great. Did a bunch of research and comparisons and very glad we ended up getting these.

We have been using this web camera for about a year, and it worked very well during that time. The video quality was good, and it reliably met our remote monitoring needs.

Recently, however, the camera went offline and lost its network connection. Based on the troubleshooting, it appears the issue may have been related to network changes, cellular tower redirection, or the SIM card rather than the camera itself.

What really stood out was the customer support from PremiumInvention. Their support team was responsive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us resolve the issue. They worked with us through numerous troubleshooting steps over multiple interactions, trying everything possible to get the camera back online. Unfortunately, the problem seemed to be outside of PremiumInvention's direct control.

To their credit, PremiumInvention graciously offered to send us a brand-new replacement camera with a new SIM card at no charge, even though the original camera had been working well for an extended period. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated.

We are currently waiting for the replacement camera and are hopeful that it will resolve the connectivity issue. Thank you to the PremiumInvention support team for your professionalism, patience, and commitment to standing behind your product. We look forward to getting the new camera up and running.

Besides an overall excellent product ih the S4 PRO 4G security camera from it's ease of use, to easy to use sophisticated features, by far, the best part by a mile is the customer support these guys, (especially Jimmy F), gave me during setup, installing the camera remotely (1300 miles remote), to remote issues involving the Sim card, etc., to utilize the camera to be it's best! I not only am thouroughly impressed with the camera and it's capabilities, but the Customer support is AWESOME! Thank you Jimmy and your entire team for all the support you have given us to date!! There needs to be a 20 STAR option for reviews, these guys would get it, in my book!

I originally purchased 20-S4 Pro 4G cameras to protect our properties, and as my need for coverage grew, I went back and purchased 40 more — bringing my total to 60. You might be wondering why? Because these cameras are that good! They come with an affordable price tag, and deliver big-time performance…and on top of all of that, when paired with a company like Premium Invention, that truly cares about its customers, it’s a win all around! Premium Invention really cares about its customers; and their customer service is amazing to work with!
